Will add pics in a day or two. Considering the age of these items they have the expected scuffs and whatnot but both are fully functional.

Adcom GDA 600. This vintage PCM 63 DAC is considered a good starting point for mods and I've included the parts needed to update the op-amps (updated op-amps not included). Includes a pair of RCA cables as well as the power cable. I found a friend's modded version more exciting than my SFD-2 but decided I didn't need a more exciting secondary DAC (I have lots of sensitivity issues with listening fatigue). Mods do reduce harshness and increase resolution and clarity. If you're interested I can put you in touch with a local DIY badass that modded his GDA 600.
$215, free CONUS shipping (other locations discounted shipping).

SOLD Pair of Mackie HR624 MK1 powered speakers. I've decided to dive down the passive rabbit hole but these are great powered speakers, I found their sound neutral and enjoyable. Power cables and isolating foam (under the speakers) included.
$150. Local pickup preferred, I don't know that I have a large enough box for these and don't want to damage them.

For anyone wondering, that's a great price and those Mackies are a fantastic nearfield speaker as long as you aren't cranking them to the point you can hear the power supply hum. I'd pick those over the JBL budget options any day.

I've owned several pairs of the HR624mk1 and never heard any hum at any volume are you sure it wasn't the MK2?. I love these speakers, they're my reference, such a great deal. Not the most resolving or dynamic but just impeccable tone and FR. Shames even the best headphones in this respect.

At this price just get them and don't look back.

Eh, the ones I've heard were the beat up kind from wannabe bedroom DJ's who don't take care of their stuff and have everything cranked to the max. In general run your active speakers at moderate levels and there shouldn't be any problems.

Yeah, the Mackie's are pre-class D amps and they are true bi-amped with a passive radiator. They quickly became the NS-10 studio replacement in the late 90's/early 00's.
