    Purchased Etymotic ER4PT (w/ P to S cable- making this an ER4S) in July from an authorized dealer but I doubt I've used them ten times; maybe only five. None of the original tips have been used, since I have my own tips. Comes with all packaging and accessories. $210 includes priority mail US shipping and paypal fees. Insurance or signature confirmation is additional upon request.
