FS: iPad 9th Generation 256GB with extras

Sorry for making another FS thread in advance, I forgot to post this previously and I can't edit subject lines.

As you may know I'm looking to pick up another car soon, so need some cash for the down payment. Out of all of my Apple products, the iPad is my least used product in my lineup, I rarely use it and I prefer smaller devices for screens. For Sale is an iPad 9th generation that is in Space Gray with 256GB storage. Condition is 9/10 with minor signs of use and it is fully complete in box with everything that came with the unit. This was purchased just after it was launched.

Comes with the following extras:

• Extra Screen Protectors Tempted Glass (one is already installed on the iPad).
• Protected Cover
• Apple Pencil 1st generation (doesn't come with its packaging)
• AppleCare warranty that can be transferable (good until Dec 2023)
  • I'll need to contact Apple to transfer the warranty if this is sold.

Really want to sell it to someone I know and not on other places.
