I've accumulated a lot of audio knick knacks. The minimalist in me needs these things gone to new homes

    Mpingo feet and knob

I purchased these from club wood in Korea. I found them to be the most musical footers for components and small speakers. You will receive 4 big feet, 8 small feet and 6 cone feet as well as a knob that can be swapped on a 6.4mm potentiometer shaft using the included Allen key.

    $250 US shipped (>$500 new)

    TakeT soundstage activator

Another tweak from TakeT, this box jumpers off your amplifier and acts as a micro-crossfeed. It provides an improvement similar to the super tweeters - better transient definition and centre image. This is the 'b' version so it works with balanced and unbalanced amps. The knob adjusts the intensity of the effect or turns it off.

    $200 US shipped

    Grado SR325 vintage

My favouritist headphones ever, but I simply never listen to headphones anymore. These are from around 2005 and sound much better than the new SR325x IMO. I purchased them NOS from a retired dealer and replaced the pads. The headband has a little fraying but otherwise perfect condition.

    $350 US shipped

    Record clamp

High quality machined aluminum record clamp. It screws on and off the spindle. I don't own any turntables anymore.

    $80 US shipped

    Black aluminum footers

Simple machined aluminum feet, set of 8.

    $80 US shipped.

    Audiolabo sound accelerator

Another Japanese tweak from a very interesting company, these attach to your speaker driver terminals and improve the transient response and definition of sound. I had multiple sets and these were never used. I still use one unit in my guitar amp. Installation instructions are included, though it's easy as pie.

    $200 US shipped

    Sparkler Audio phono RCA cable

High quality phono cable with external ground wire, made in Japan. 1.5m length

    $60 US shipped

    TakeT Beepure super tweeters

I was introduced to TakeT tweeters by a local speaker manufacturer who would demo his speakers with and without them. They make a surprising improvement to the entire frequency range just by being connected in parallel with the main binding posts. No crossover required. My stereo system is disassembled and I don't see myself putting it back together.

    $200 US shipped
    Siemens speaker cable, 25 meters

Vintage tinned copper wire from the early 50s. Great for speaker or power cables.

$110 US shipped for the roll (25 meters)
    Wadia 170 iPod dock

Turns your old iPod or iPhone into a digital transport or file streamer with its analog and coax outputs. Comes with the original box, remote, dock adapters.

$150 US shipped. I will include an iPhone 4 if you want.

    Westinghouse 2A3 pair

Nice pair of 2A3s from the 40s. Made by Marconi in Canada for Westinghouse.

    $150 US shipped

25 meters of the Siemens wire sold. updated the price for the remainder of the roll

for best results you will want an iPhone 4 or iPod touch 2nd/3rd gen as these support iOS 4. iOS 4 sounds significantly better than later iterations of iOS, and significantly better than the Wolfson iPod classics. The 6th gen Classic is also pretty good but is getting expensive to find unmodified.

the Wadia + iOS 4 combo was a better transport for my taste than any CD player I've had, though it sounds excellent through its analog outputs too, rivalled only by my 2008 Mac Pro and Bondi Blue G3 server. it put some very expensive DACs to shame.

Is the vintage wire twisted, star or side by side?

tweeters and remaining Siemens cable sold.

adding these JVC cans from the 90s. really nice monitors with low clamp, long LONG cable and sweet midrange. I don't record anymore so I don't need them.

    $60 USD

JVC cans sold. I will be selling my entire CD collection and what remains of my LPs if there is any interest here. the CDs will probably be sold in 3 lots by genre (rock, jazz, classical).

I also have my two remaining CD players, a Revox B225 and Philips CD304 I will list soon.
