    *All sold thanks!*

Just got this DAC on a stupid impulse and eh, I think can live with my crappier gear and be just as happy. Better than dealing with the stress of trying to pass along my Grado setup. Whatever I am over it so sue me.

Stock. Condition is near perfect, clean innards. Bugle Boy 6dj8's. Has original box. When it's getting juice the tubes are lit and there is a warmup timer, should be a low hours unit.

This DAC is the bigger and badder daddy to the SFD-1 that everyone seems to love (Think Yggdrasil vs Gungnir Multibit), dual ua2000's, pmd100, better shielding and power supply, almost twice as big.

Asking $1400 + 65 shipping insured double boxed via FedEx ground. Please please no lowballs, I also don't think I'm really after any trades right now, maybe a badass phono preamp. Paypal gift is always welcome but not required.

    Torpedo III

Wanted also to see if anyone is in the market... Originally built by Theloniousnoop/Funch; he's an incredible DIYer. I did the output CCS boards with epoxy heatsinks, mundorf caps, and IRC GS3 resistors. 8 pairs of tubes w/ 2 socket savers. I don't notice any cosmetic flaws.

    $1000 shipped insured.

    Mundorf Evo Caps
    Tube CCS upgrade
    Output CCS upgrade
IRC GS3 resistors on tube plate load

Some of these tubes did not come cheap...

    Brimar 6060T (Silver print)
    Amperex PQ 7062 (Pinched Waist)
    RCA 12Az7 (Red print)

Stock pair, for the love of god please keep these that way. Amazing condition but just shy of minty. Newish headband padding and earpads. Stock HD650 cable.

:) I use more than anything a buncha old 70's DD turntables and medium power vintage receivers these days. I still have an Parasound DAC 1600, an Apogee Mini DAC, modded Adcom GCD 750 for real dac duties none of which are world class by any means. Can't lie though, headphone stuff overall is getting real slim and harder to justify keeping around by the minute.
