Alright, so I've repeatedly tried getting Fostex to sell me a headband assembly for their TH series headphones, but they're being complete dicks about it and wont give me anything. So instead, I want to buy a used pair and just sell off the drivers.

I want the headband assembly for a DIY project. I'd be keeping the pads and the cable as well. It'd be a used pair so the drivers would be "burned in" or whatever and the cosmetic condition of the cups may not be perfect. I don't know any specifics yet as I'm not going to buy it until I know I have someone who will take the cups off my hands.

$300 shipped for both cups, $250 for ABS+. You could probably convince me to part with the cable as well for the right price.

    PM me if interested.

    Cheers.

Why don't you get the Beyer DT770 headband assembly and cups? This route is a lot cheaper and is slightly easier to work with than the TH600.

The Takstar Pro 80s are another alternative if you don't mind the narrower gimbals.

The plus side is that the Brainwavz HM5 pads fit without much stretching.

I need the TH600 headband. The cups are the exact same size as the cups I want to put on the headband. Also, it's a much nicer headband in general.

I'd like this to be something I can be happy with on both comfort and build fronts.
