I have the feeling quality control is a serious issue with this brand...
I dont even remember the look of that cable. What cable did you end up using? Why couldn't u just revert the polarity?
This type of feedback is really important because of QC and will be sent. Until now 3 issues arised.
Can we get a quick update on the tour units status? Location, etc?
A few days ago La Cenric said it's on it's way here and yesterday i was provided the tracking number. Then i will send to James as soon as i receive it.
Just a quick update. The items are being held in customs for the last (almost) 3 weeks. Will update when i actually receive them.
Sorry to hear. But pretty much matches my own experience with customs: some things just happen to slip through and others end up being held. For up to 2 months in my case, entirely unpredictable.
Don't worry though, I'l be away from mid September and I reckon there won't be enough time for me to receive, evaluate and send them back before that anyway. We'll have to push this back, or you can just scratch me from the list, no problem.
I had never experience this and i got things from all over the world. Usually i receive a warning to pay and its solved within a week, this is a first to me.
