    Hey folks!

    I wanted to go on the record and announce that I'm officially affiliated with LH Labs. What does this mean? Well, I'm not on their payroll but I am on their board focusing on consumer segment strategy, ecommerce, systems and integrations, internationalization strategy and whatever else I can help with.

    Mostly it means more practical things: quarterly trips out to the mother ship to review their progress, lots of strongly worded emails when I have an opinion, and using my experience and network to help them out when needed. For instance, I've connected them with a very talented UX designer and I'll personally be scrubbing the work for the Geek Wave UI to ensure it's solid.

    Anyhoos, my intent is to help them constantly improve their products and business.

    I've been unofficially advising them for a while. They are going to follow Larry's strategy but we've started laying the groundwork for better distribution among other things.

    The primary focus until very recently has been using the NRE from crowdfunding to build their technology platforms out. They have seen other areas suffer due to their newness to some of the challenges of supply chain and sourcing. You would laugh at the number of hoops they have to jump through to get decent chassis.

    I think all GOV2+ people get a version with the aluminum plates :). I wanted to 3D print custom pirate skull logoed GOV2 chassis but I never had time to finish the CAD :)
