    -It uses this Glassware stepped attenuator: Attn-2 Stereo 66-Step Stepped Attenuator (yahoo.net)
    -Resistors are KOA Speer metal film. The knob on the right is the coarse 12 position (6dB/step) control, and the one on the left is the fine 6 position (1dB/step) control.
    -The knob in the center is a 100K TKD balance control.
    -There are two inputs; 1 XLR and 1 SE. They are selected by a Grayhill dual-deck selector switch on the rear of the unit. Both inputs route through the Jensen transformers.
    -The wiring is Cardas chassis wire.
    -The case is a cast aluminum unit from Hammond.

    I'm asking $375 shipped in the conUS. Thanks for looking.

    @Josh Schor
    Maybe you can pick this up instead of trying to find someone to build one for you?

    Looks nice! Did you build this for yourself and now you don't need it?

    Yes, I've been using it since last summer. I had built a balanced-to-SE converter that I was using, but then I began to notice that the sound (mostly HF) was shifting towards my right ear, so needed something with a balance control. I'm going to replace this unit with dual mono steppers, mostly because I'm a DIY addict and a charter member of the 'Don't-Know-When-To-Leave-Well-Enough-Alone' Society.

    I've also been testing a tube output stage with my Gungnir, but have decided not to permanently install it, so may use it in my next build but haven't yet made a decision.

    Does this also convert a single ended source to both a balanced and single-ended output like the sys?

    No. The pot/balance control are only SE.

    Would you accept PP? If yes, I’ll cover the fees.

    Edited to add: payment sent. Thanks!
