Foreword: The GR07X is a tweak of VSonic's highly popular GR07 model, sporting a more neutral signature and also marketed as having reduced treble resonance. Frequency Response Rescaled Impulse CSD THD Impedance Response More-or-less dead flat even with 75ohms. No point showing a graph. Analysis Nigh-perfect channel matching. Expected of VSonic. Essentially the poster child for beautiful measurements (barring the 9k peak). Almost flat FR with a small 2k pinnae bump, neat impulse, stable CSD, low THD, unreactive to impedance... The large magnitude of the 9k resonance peak is due to its close proximity to the GR07 driver's innate ~6k peak. Not saying that it should be ignored, but the peak may or may not be as bad (or in a different position) depending on your canal's physiology. Personally, the GR07X is definitely bright but not in a sibilant way, more akin to the UERM's sparkle. Overall, a great all rounder. Perhaps one of the most neutral dynamic-driver IEMs you can get. If you're sick of the "BA timbre" of the typical multidriver reference monitor, the GR07X is a great alternative.
