I think it's pretty interesting in fact, I also have not seen a clear añejo before!

 

Ha! Ok, I’ve done that before too and even had a somehat irritated response once. I wasn’t irritated though. Just curious.

 

I once saw someone order club soda with LIME, like an animal.

Grey Goose is IMO among the best of the vodkas. Personally can't justify the large price premium over Absolut or Wyborowa, especially for cocktails, but it is a treat now and then. The less you mix it with the better.

 

Agreed. They basically just wave the vermouth bottle over the glass here.

Really been enjoying additive free tequilas lately.

 

It would drink better with another year+ on it but the ribeyes going on the grill looked just SO damn good, out came this Ribera. No regrets.

Been going through a phase of thinking the Negroni is the perfect cocktail, and recently picked up a bottle of St. George’s Bruto Americano to replace the Campari for a change of pace. It’s got a more herbaceous flavor, tastes strongly of “pine”. Ology New World Gin is local, made with satsuma oranges and good in the drink. Cheers!

3 oz Campari, 1/4 tsp 3:1 salt solution. Should probably have an orange-peel garnish.

 

They ran out of coupes, so i got my Boulevardier in a cocktail glass.
