    Want a Gen V that only supports 44.1?
    Had to replace one of the PCM-63 chip (I did, but I'm not sure it is a true K grade).

    Not sure what Theta DACs are desirable or what going prices are for them, but the audio shop near me in New Haven, CT has two Theta DACs for sale:
