Probably train (expensive Heathrow Express?) to Paddington, then tube to King's Cross, and then train to Cambridge or something? Taxi/Uber from the station?
Protip, grab the "Citymapper" app to help with the travel within London, it tames the emergent complexity a bit.
@Kattefjaes That was my thought as well, I know my way in London at least to the level of having an oystercard, but thought maybe there's a better way. Should've booked flight to Stanstead instead of LHR :(
Or take the Piccadilly line straight from Heathrow to Kings Cross, about 15 mins slower than Heathrow Express via Paddington, but you don't have to change anywhere. Express train to Cambridge is only 45 mins though. Then taxi to Addenbrooke's. But yeah, go via Stansted next time :)
@Thad E Ginathom yep, uber would be about £90-100 I think. @Garns ah, you're right and I'm coming in on rush hour so might not want the change at paddington. I'll see what happens :)
