Azla Sedna M tips and Final E Type L tips. Former was more immediately impressive, bonkers soundstage and resolution of subtle guitar nuances, clean but awe-inspiring bass. Too much treble for me though, painful. Final tips solved treble but was more claustrophobic. Resolution might have taken slight hit.
Trying Symbio on CA Solaris next few days. other pure thin silicone tips never get seal, thus no bass. Comply foamys can sound hollow if fit isn't perfect.
@jexby looking forward to your impressions! Curious how you and others might like the Sedna tips though. Not sure how available they are on your end. And yeah complys are more for hearing safety IMO.
Never had an issue getting a good seal with thin silicones so I'm lucky in that regard, but my concha sucks for accommodating bigger IEM/earphone shells.
Interestingly, where I could never get the Andros to fit at all (have to press them in), the Solari are secure enough with deep insertion and ear hooks; shell not weighty enough to risk falling out I think. Long nozzles ftw.
