I've done the loaded LP-12 route before (back in the UK), so it's nostalgia making that attractive ... not sonics (I prefer mass-loaded stuff these days). The Prime-Sig is motivated by aesthetics. I'm just being restless and impatient ... too early to jump yet! ;)

Besides, I think we've just settled on a waterfront penthouse in downtown Seattle, so four homes will become two ... which means a good deal of gear-consolidation before buying anything (even if only for reasons of space).

Moving into the Elliot Bay Towers?

I'm not sure what the tower is called ... but the penthouse in the tower we're wanting to close does overlook Elliot Bay (with sweeping 270 degree water views from the Space Needle all the way around to the city on the other side). It sits on first and Virginia I think.

That sounds amazing! The Elliot Bay Towers don't actually exist, they're the condo complex that Frasier Crane lived in on Frasier. ;)

Aha! Too funny! :) The girly finds these spots ... I just show up, say "uhh", "meh", "f**k no", or "hell yes" ... I've lived in WA for 14 years and still have no idea what's where in Seattle.

If my place had 270 degree waterfront views including the Space Needle I wouldn't care where it was either!
