Thanks for the help, guys. Found out how to take apart the Clears got a cheap headband off eBay that fit. Saved a $1500 investment for $20

  Just a generic one I found on eBay that said it fit Audezes. Figured it might fit the Clear, too. Needed to grind away some material to get the pins all the way into the cups, but other than that everything worked out pretty well.

Anyone know how to replace a broken Focal Clear headband? Focal doesn't seem to sell replacements, and they otherwise work fine.

  Focal can repair it under warranty if you can contact your original dealer and still have the original proof of purchase to show you are still within the 3 year warranty period. They have been kinda OOS on parts for months but my rep confirmed they should have parts coming in soon
