I have two and love them!

Not much commentary here on the second film. I liked it a great deal but felt another installment is much needed.

Not surprised with the open ending of the 2nd.

I’m just not convinced of a tangible improvement in the iem space. Just seem like rehashes

MEMS is new tech so that could be fun, but current prices are offensive. I feel like stuff in IEM space peaked a few years ago and now it's just a matter of bringing costs down. I'm much less familiar with portable audio but the CA Solaris remains my fave IEM of all time (just that the DD keeps fricking dying on me, agh). On the Andro 2020 now, I'm just done.

I'm super cautious of another all BA design. I'm assuming the driver tech has improved since Ara/Gold or just another variant.

Another worthwhile study at the LOC is reading the materials for the National Recording Preservation Plan. It will remind one that the vast vast majority of recorded music has never been digitized, and likely never will be at the current rates of preservation. Much is already lost to history.

This looks like the love child of an LCD-2, an OG HiFiMan, and a ZMF headphone.

I honestly like that more. I'm not a fan of my headphones looking like a tie-dye t-shirt.

They always reminded me of a custom bowling ball. A lot of the ZMF Resin Stabilized gave me the same impression.

Not so great with Final D8000. Too much energy somewhere in upper mids or lower treble. With other headphones, lots of lovely tube qualities shining through, expansive staging, nice hint of warmth.
