beware, they may just randomly drop your stuff off at a drug store. in my case, that drug store was an "authorized" fedex holding location. i certainly didn't ask for this, and first thought my package was stolen. fedex customer service had no idea why the driver did this, and apologized profusely. hope this doesn't make the wait worse, ha.
Happened once to me when I was unavailable for delivery. The Walgreens that they delivered it to was nearby and 24 hrs so I preferred that over the old way.
My favorite is when they do this and then lie afterwards with their "customer not home or unavailable for delivery" nonsense when I was sitting by the front door all freaking day.
if you looked like someone who sat by the front door all day waiting for a package, portable toilet and all, maybe fedex was right to drive right past?
