    So my room has hard surfaces in every direction, floor, walls, ceiling. Just clapping sounds like a bullet ricochet. Okay, I exaggerate, but you get the idea. Spread all panels evenly for "looks". 4 on the front, 2 sides and 2 on the rear/sides. Really helped with reflections and make the room more "quiet". Got all 8 for like 90$ used. At work, picture later...
