Yikes. I've had about 40 transactions over there (buy & sell), never had a problem like this; must've gotten bad recently.
Though one time I bought from a guy who didn't ship to me for like two weeks. Saw recently was also an executed member here with a custom warning tag. Ha.

Had a guy offer me a laptop for my Ether once. Someone who asked me if I could hold a $100 AKG listing for a few weeks when he got the money.
