"Only in LA" another pilot says, lol. Probably Elon Musk taking his new commercial toy for a spin after smoking a bowl of ganja.

I did a quick bit of research on top of what I already knew, and if I'm reading the reports in the right way, there isn't a JetPack that is publicly known about that would fit this description. There is a JetPack type bike helicopter, but that doesn't fit the description. This is incredibly strange.

There is one JetPack that would *maybe* fit the descriptions, but it hasn't been used at the altitude reported, at least not publicly.

My best guess would be either
A)Sky Diver with some sort of propulsion assist?

B)Something out of the black world, or perhaps a DARPA project.

Its certainly the right area for it to be a black project, but that would be an incredibly unusual time and area to carry out the test.

Or its f'ing Iron Man
