    and need to fill out paper work and front the shipping costs back (although it will be reimbursed). Just a pain for a mistake that wasn't the customer's fault.

    I don't think I ever had a wrong item sent.

    I seem to recall I once got a shipping label, and the other time I had to pay to ship it and got refunded the shipping cost back. Both were for items considered DOA. Either way it's a bit of a pain, but in both cases the issue was resolved by Schiit.

    Thanks for the comment. Just found it strange that I had do all the legwork and pay for it initially. Other companies I bought from that sent me the wrong thing simply sent me a return label. Maybe I'm just spoiled from all my past experiences :) Don't doubt Schiit will resolve the issue. Just matter of pain/time/extra effort etc

    I once had them just forget to send my order, and then when I reminded them it got lost almost immediately somehow and had to be sent again. One of a few less than stellar experiences with Schiit CS.
