What kind of funk does the sound adjustment app add ?

I feel the new crop of Sony daps, they just have different sound adjustment files to try to make the sound different.

I for one enjoy DSEE upsampling in my Walkman. If I have paid the money then why not enjoy both hardware and software

I think there is some serious issue with A300 if we have to disable all those Sony sound processing for it to work.

Imagine how the poor hardware engineers at Sony feel.. They've done amazing work, time and time again, only to have it obscured from the users and clouded by marketing gibberish.
