They are soft but the shape is unique and meant for deep insertion. I don’t feel pressure inside the ear. They do recommend you buy a size down for it to work as intended

It's good if you like the AKM sound. Though I'm sure in a Cavalli design, its better implemented than many AKM dacs.

It's not clear to me it actually is one of his designs; the language used seems to not quite say that it is.

Long time fan of Sony DAP here. SQ aside the battery life of Walkman series is very good and Shanling comes close to Sony as far as SQ goes. Musicality and smooth treble.

Have you also considered the Alienware 34" ultrawide QD-OLED? The colors are amazing, and it's not as huge on your desk as a 42" TV.

@Cellist88 they're single dynamic drivers so their impedance profile is almost certainly (almost) dead flat.

That's what i thought too since its not a BA iem, but it just sounds so different from the iphone dongle vs the Note 9, tonal balance wise. Iphone tonality also is thicker than the phonitor, which has output impedance of .18.
