thank-you all. we are on a 5 hr awake, 2~3 hr sleep that drifts with respect to the clock. Good thing I'm no longer employed by corporate. In another month we may be able to return to some sort of normalcy. If all goes to plan, she will be able to walk normally again after physical therapy and exercise. Big news today: wife doesn't need the motorized stair-chair to ascend / descend between floors.
