Hi Ray, I've been a member of this site for almost a couple of years I think although not active. I am however active on Head-fi & have been a member since June or 2013. This is a long shot for me but I've been looking for a ECBW for more than a year now. I've put a WTB ad in the Amps for Sale Classifieds on Head-fi. My monicker on that site is BobG55. I also have a similar ad on Canuck Audio Mart. That would be strike 2 against me, the fact that I'm Canadian; on the other hand since this amp is discontinued & is rarely "on sale" in the used classifieds I thought I'd give it a shot. Yup. BW with HD600 and Gungnir Multibit (or Yggdrasil) is one sure fire way to blow your dick off without tubes.

@Ray, thanks for the clarification. I apologize if my post seemed at all antagonistic. As @BillOhio said, I was maybe a little worried you were selling my amp.

Best of luck with the sale. I love my BW #26; I am sure whoever ends up with yours will also be in for years of enjoyment.

 

Oh. Now I know what happened to me! Luckily I have an excellent doctor. With BW I often forget I’m not listening to a tube amp. Magic stuff under the hood. Like it with the HD800 as well. But I don’t have a number.

 

Guys, guys.. no need to argue over #26. As long as we have white markers we can all be #26.
