Folks in Florida the Sunhell state?

1. Jax aint Fla, it's South Georgia.
2. I'm in Ft Laudy, would love to do a meet somewhere fun in the state. Which thereby excludes Orlando. Cedar Key/Steinhatchce or Flager Beach areas?
I'll bring a boat,tackle and beer. And stone crabs during season....

 

I would be interested as I live in miami ,FL I have a telegram chat of Florida hifiers its lost and gained a few members but 4 are from S.FL and a few in the tampa area.

 

A meetup in Fla is too dangerous right now. Our governor here in Florida has his lips firmly glued to Trump's ass. After the Republican convention in Jax expect that city to become the next hot spot after Miami Dade. Fla is going to hell frankly. I don't leave the house except for emergencies just sheltering in place. A meetup would be nice but I don't see it happening in Fla until after we have a vaccine.

 

Now now let's try to not get political here. I'm not a fan of what is happening myself but let's keep thread on topic. Once things are better we can revisit.

I might be up for it, whenever the stars align. I'm further south in Martin. Unless we're talking Miami or Orlando (maybe 2 hours either way,) it's all far to me, so I expect to grab a hotel room. Cest la vie. In a state this big, it's going be hard to find a reasonable middle ground. Might ultimately have to be go big or go home.

I was too embarrassed to admit it but ya I'm in Gville. It's a fuckin shit show here... I was getting worked to the bone after my boss was fired for taking time off when his mom passed away and it was then I realized how doomed things were. I quit my job and have been laying low until I decide what I want to do. This hobby has been really helping anxiety lately so I guess I've been obsessing lately lol.
