    Note that to my ears it's still the best sounding dac on the planet in its own area: dynamics, transience, bass slam, and timbre accuracy. My decision to downgrade is largely due to laziness-related reasons (see CV2 thread for details).

    Comes with box, manual, and all initial components.

    Only paypal accepted. Insured if buyers pay additional fees.

    Um, sonically it's not an upgrade by all means -- side-grade at best. I am expecting a little benefit from no adhd-inducing lamps and less button actions though.
