FS: DNA Starlett Unit #15

Yup......best SET tube amp that I ever used in my life. However...it is a waste that I only use it about one hour a week + gathers dust in my living room. Most of the time I listen to music in my bedroom/office setup via IEMs. Since I do most of my listening on IEMs, the Starlett is a waste for me...sadly. My SW51+ will replace it for my living room setup when I wanna listen to with headphones, and once I get the IEMagni it will go in my bedroom/office setup for casual listening with my heavy IEM usage.

Are the backup tubes (4 I assume?) from DNA, or did you source them from somewhere else?

 

Got them online from a few places after Donald North and @ChaChaRealSmooth told me what to look for. I'll take pics of the backup set later. The backup set all works great and yes they are four backup tubes except for an extra input tube that is balanced.

 

Pics uploaded on first post. Two sets of tubes that work great on Starlett. The only exception is 2x Westinghouse JP input tubes and the default Dupoint input tube that came with the Starlett. In total you get three input tubes that is trully balance designed (which is required for this amp).

 

Good luck with sale. Ever since I was lucky enough to spend time with Donald's amp I have never stopped wanting one. These always come up after i've spent 2k on my car or booked a week vacation.. will trade camry or 1 kidney

 

I was thinking about this all of last night, considering the history of sales in the past of this amp. I did a minor adjustment on price for Friends and have separate pricing for High-Level Contributors. So Friends + Contributors only at this time. Also...there is still a long wait time if you want to get the amp brand new of almost eight months.
