I’ve been on a “vintage”-ish professional DAC buying binge, and it’s time to cull the herd. The DA10 is a nice AD1955- and AD1896-based DAC with built-in headamp. Full specs and info can be found in the manual: http://lavryengineering.com/pdfs/lavry-da10-manual.pdf

It’s built like a tank and punches above its price in sound, but it can’t compete with the much more expensive Forssell, so it’s just not getting much use from me.

I don’t have the original box, but it’ll be super-duper bubble wrapped and packed securely for shipping. Includes the original power cord. Cosmetically, it’s in excellent condition with no marks or damage to speak of.

I have this listed for $500-$550 elsewhere, asking $425 shipped in CONUS for Friends.*

*There’s not a ton of pricing info out there, so feel free let me know if this is off. I’m just trying to break even if an SBAFer is buying.

And those of you guys unfamiliar with Lavry, he makes awesome stuff. He is kind of like a one man Apogee and does something magical with the filters. More known in the pro market for his ADC's as he does something else magical with the noise shaping. But Lavry on par with Apogee, Crane Song, Lynx, etc. AD1896, but it will not sound like it I am sure.

PS - When working in Pro Audio retail, I had to call for a technical question, and when I asked a technical question, the sales/support lady just got Dan Lavry on the phone for me. How often you get to speak directly to the design engineer. This is the equivilent of calling Schiit with a question and getting to speak directly to Jason or Mike.

Also that's a pretty awesome price - We were paying around 1100USD back then for the DA10. Not exactly sure if it's still being sold new these days.
