Selling this HE60, otherwise known as the "Baby Orpheus" for a friend. This pair is in extremely good cosmetic condition, with very few marks of usage and comes with the original storage case as well as:
    • two sets of pads including a brand new pair (only opened for testing purposes)
    • a soldered 5-pin Stax Pro Bias adapter
    • an HD650 headband pad as well as the original (now flaky) one
    • brand new high quality silicone rubber bands in place of the original, now snapped O-rings
The HEV70 is broken, but can also be included if desirable for an additional shipping charge.

"Electrostatic HD600" is not even a worthy descriptor of these. They are much, much more than that. I would buy these myself if I could afford them.

Measurements of this unit are as follows, with the old (flaky) earpads...

    And the new pads:

This is my own custom flat-plate measurement rig I built from scratch, tuned to match Tyll's results as closely as possible. The HE60 is running off of an SRM-212 fed by an LH Labs Geek Out 450. Please note that THD results below 100Hz are susceptible to room noise and thus should be taken with a grain of salt.

One note: the right channel of this headphone charges up faster than the left, resulting in a channel imbalance for the first ~5 minutes of use. After the left diaphragm is fully charged the channel matching is nigh flawless as we have come to expect from Sennheiser.

Asking price is currently $2100 (USD). PM with offers. Shipping within the CONUS included (international buyers inquire for a quote.)

I have 30+ positive trader feedback on head-fi and am a former ABS from Changstar.

Last image appears to be pins from the stock HE60 connector or something of the sort? Unsure.
