    I just wanted to give Bloom Audio a shout out for incredible above and beyond customer service. I have corresponded with Bloom via email for the last few weeks about an iem purchase. They have always written back within a few hours even on weekends and holidays. And they have been super patient and accommodating. I’m floored by their customer service and thought others should get a heads up that Bloom Audio is a great place to make purchases. You won’t regret it!

    I ordered a Focal Stellia from @Bloom just before Christmas and it was a wonderful transaction, and without going into details I will just say I got an exceptional price. Be sure to contact Bloom if you are looking for something even if you are looking at the used market.

    I definitely won't be buying headphones from anyone else unless Bloom Audio doesn't have them available. And I will second your comment about their prices and keep it vague to not screw things up for Bloom. I'll just say you won't find better prices anywhere.

    I got a nice 2020 Andro from @Bloom. Comes with free candiiee that wasn't delivered by a white van.

    Honestly....nice guy/seller which is a rare thing in NJ. Honestly again....buy with confidence.

    My Focal Stellia were acquired during a promotion for an amazing price through @Bloom before the pandemic hit. Still the best closed back headphones for my preferences. The process and customer support were first rate.

    I've placed four orders with Bloom over the last year. Also asked a bunch of questions.
    The orders all came quickly. Amazon Prime two day shipping usually takes 4 days. Bloom comes through in 2. Answers to my silly questions were even quicker.
    And, the included chocolate bars hit the spot. Nothing better than complimentary chocolate.
