I have changed to a primarily meat diet recently to lose weight. 2 weeks in my stamina is noticeably better. Rather than struggling and giving up while trying to keep pace with my grand nephews, I have found that I can keep pace during walks with ease, important when on sidewalks on busy streets. Feel better than I have felt in a long time and haven't really lost any weight yet. I only mention this because I think it's an avenue worth exploring as there have been positive studies on keto and carnivore diets and autoimmune diseases and Alzheimers and other brain disorders and brain development..
