Thanks guys! For now I'm prototyping the main board, I have several ideas, didn't fully commit to one yet. I've done the subwoofer part of the box, should measure 25x55x67 in cm, something that should be more than nice for a full range full size dipole.

What's not so nice is that in order to get more power than lx521 in low bass from such small enclosure you need to get 8 sb acoustics subwoofers. They are vented beautifuly, powerful enough, big xmax. Full vibration cancelling, no resonances. We'll see. @murphythecat not sure yet, I'll have 2, for low and high mid. Looking at making the whole thing with sbacoustics drivers, I really like them.

Great progress...I was into lifting till last year. Will return once this Covid thing is over. Although I couldn't make great progress in muscle mass but my HDL increased and LDL and triglyceride decreased + my eating habit improved

I've turned one room into a home gym. Got a squat rack, bench/incline, olympic bar and a crapload of weights. Resistive bands and dumbbells.

I've been lifting a lot and have been in shape for quite a while before dad died few years back, then stopped, got fat and terrible. lost 17 kg and started lifting again. doing full body workouts 4x a week, all major compounds and some accesory stuff too. good to see you guys lift too, iron is the way, all the way. currently on 18% bf, goal about 10-12

I'm generally pretty much a bamboo pole type of figure. It was once said of me that if I stood sideways and stuck my tongue out I'd be mistaken for a zip. I remember having a 28-inch waist and finding it really hard to buy clothes.

However, I'm quite pleased that the pair of trousers I wore in London, which would not do up under the belt last year, did so this year. (And that Marks & Spencer replaced that belt, for which I did not have a bill, because it had delaminated.)
