    I have a non working pair (mk1). Left driver lost signal approximately around 2weeks of ownership. Purchased through TTVJ. Awaiting new parts... However, might be faster to buy direct from Verum though, and it would be new and mk2. PM me if still interested.

    Yes. Todd provides customer support and collaborates with Verum on repairs. New parts will ship to TTVJ and he will repair or I can opt to have parts forwarded to me and I can repair myself. The old parts must be sent back to TTVJ and back to Verum. TTVJ kindly covers the Ukraine shipping cost. This was just my experience, ymmv. Mine was also a discounted demo unit.

    Yes, mr. Todd is an official delaer. @Philimon - about your case. I've shipped a set of new cups to TTVJ a while ago. According to USPS cups are already in New York and within a week he should receive them.
