Certainly you shouldn't get yourself involved too deeply into a thing: be it audiophile, religion, politics, love or even food.

Take things in moderation. Or else you might get into trouble of one kind or another.

You can take on board the books without the religion. The bible, indeed, has some great bits; it even has some wise bits. The Hindu epics are real-use-of-the-word awesome. I learn stuff about people and the world from reading novels; there's heaps of stuff to be had from the "religious" books too.

In fact, I'd say that one is better off taking the books without the misrepresentations and misunderstandings of the institutions that they are normally associated with.

I had cancer. I don't appreciate your careless use of cancer in this thread. Please don't say cancer unless you actually have cancer. Unless it really gave you cancer. In that case, HAHA.

Look I might be new here but I think you guys are missing the point. I signed up for this forum because we are subjective. I signed up because I wanted a site that doesn't feed me bullshit because we don't have sponsors that make us feel obligated to write good reviews. I signed up for people's real opinions that aren't influenced by money. I understand the view point of being objective, but what is listening to music? If you answer with anything but something along the lines of "for enjoyment" then I don't think this hobby is right for you. The line of objectivity vs subjectivity should be drawn at the point of you plugging your headphones in and listening to the music. Sure we can have graphs and frequency charts and all that pretty jazz to show you the facts about the equipment that you buy, but audio is all about how YOU perceive it and not how the COMPANY perceives it. I'll again reiterate that I am a complete noob to this but I think that being new gives me a view that you guys might have forgotten. A fresh pair of ears if you will

Yeah that's what I said in my first post in this thread. I don't know what anyone else had to chime in.

Excuse me for posting my own opinion on the subject at hand. The world doesn't revolve around you. This is an OPEN forum. I might be overstepping myself here but I think it would be wise for your to think about your posts before you just wildly post whatever comes to your mind. We are humans too and not just robots on the internet.

The only reason this thread hasn't been locked is because I've locked so many other threads. There needs to be at least one thread to capture the shitposts.

After a little while, I will gather the energy from this thread, which will manifest as an icky black goo, and throw it over the fence, into Jude's backyard.

If he really were a "dic" he would have corrected your spelling and thrown a dictionary at you. I speak from experience because when faced with completely inept people I stop being friendly and go into full dick-mode.

Now do excuse me, I must correct your spelling because I do not appreciate lazy insults. Proper sarcasm can be an art form to admire.

P.S. Dick Solomon was a such a well written dick that even Black Adder would have liked him.

Good to see someone taking this nonsense way too seriously. I used a shorter spelling on purpose. You dig, daddy-o?

If we're making size comparisons, you'd have to cut a d in half to get close.
    Shut up.
