        I had a dream, last week, where I was editing metadata on my FLAC files. In my first folder I noticed that audio properties showed as MP3 320kbps. I checked a half a dozen more folders and saw the same thing. At first I was disturbed, then it didn't make sense. I kept trying to make sense of this until it woke me up! (Some audio dreams are nice, some are nightmares.) :)

      omg im feeling like crying. i put the thinnest sheet of TP in my Ether C with a hole in the middle. The sound is best Ive ever heard. ever.

        Took a 3-ply piece of TP and seperated a single layer of that. Extremely thin, can basically almost see through it. Carefully cut a hole in the middle to let more air through and placed between the black and white filters. Noticeably less fatigue now :)

        First time I turned it on with stock tubes I thought what?? This is pretty bad sounding... Then as the unit warmed up a bit and I switched to some Siemens ECC88s I'm now loving it with the Ether Cs.

        The soundstage running from the Chord Mojo got way bigger. Also even less fatigue and so smooth and detailed sound.
        Still running single-ended too (balanced cable on the way... )

        I think the conventional wisdom is that the SE out isn't that great from the Mjo 2, also- so it's possible that the balanced cable will be a nice surprise :)

        Yeah I linked the official Mjolnir 2 site and all the pics what he sent of "his" unit. They will see from the pictures of the letter that I received that it's only a 0.12kg letter and obviously the Mjolnir 2 is much heavier.

        TP kills the highs and smears transients even with a huge hole in the middle unfortunately.
        I might post a guide/walkthrough this week/weekend when I have the time but I'm afraid its very specific. (for example needs mass and damping kit from custom cans and black ether c filters). I tried lots of other filters but ironically only the ether filters work.

        Of course I go ahead and get the cable caught on something and break it... My bad soldering job didn't hold up lol. Got the guide ~40% written but will have to wait for a new 3.5mm plug to show up to finish it. Sorry!
