Found this thread online, but need more recommendations for organ albums that have deep bass and a lot going on.
    https://www.audiocircle.com/index.php?topic=128963.0

Randomly remembered after a very long time that good organs have some real bass and I wanted to test my new sub out more. Then I realized, even listening on "only youtube" how many things a good organ recording can reveal about your system as a whole. Will be incorporating some organ (and more harp for similar reasons minus bass test) music into my testing playlists soon.

I played the hell out of this album in high school and just listened to the whole thing for the sake of some nostalgia.

Sometimes this band gets back in my head. Such a good song.

Tell my mama I love her; tell my father I tried; give my money to my baby to spend...

An old friend once told me this was my band. That friend was right. Their way of recording the drums and bass alone are a pure treat. That cover of "War Pigs" reminds me of Earthless scaring away demons. I am in a state of bliss.

Not familiar with Bob Reynolds (or his Guitar Band) but I've always liked Mark Lettieri. This is a nice jam IMO, sounding particularly fine through my ETA Mini O.

The Aristocrats new album "Duck" released today on bandcamp. With it, the latest "single" off of the album:
    "Sgt. Rockhopper"

Late last night, I listened to a potpourri of music. Here goes:

-An often overlooked Jethro Tull album Minstrel in the Gallery. It contains IMO one of my bestest Tull songs ever: Black Satin Dancer.

-An old Kraftwerk fave Radio-Activity. I listen to this quirky album about once per year.

-Metallica's Black Album. Amazing how hard the snares hit through the 3F and VO's while they can be so delicate playing classical.

-Jesse Cook Gravity. Described on the album cover as Rumba Flamenco World Beat Jazz Pop. Whatever, some songs are more compelling than than others but an overall enjoyable experience.

    My favorite line is:
    "Well, Janie got divorced again
    Her ex-husband's in the pen
From two to five, or five to ten and longer
And Brenda's traded smokes for cake
Still hadn't lost that baby weight
And that baby's 'bout to graduate from college"

Maybe Sting's best solo album. So many good songs. Nice Hendrix cover, too.
