What's the older DS charm on Gungnir? The A1 Gugnir MB was always a charmer, imperfect as it was.

@roshambo123 For me it's those (at the time) higher end AKM4399 chips before the velvet mush took hold through the whole line.

I also have a GMB-A1 on the primary rack and love it too. Right now it's plenty "good enough" to dodge the temptations of something in Yggdrasil's price range or higher.

@Vansen I’m liking it so far. The work part has been dialing back the subwoofer’s crossover. The tubes definitely widen out the bottom frequencies.

Oh man, RoPieee has been robust on the RPi 4 and RPi 3 for me. Has me curious. I usually use 128GB high endurance cards on RPis these days, but five years later and I'm still using the cheapest 32gb Samsung and SanDisk cards on my RoPieee players.

Yeah. I also had RoPieee for a long time. No issues either.

I've had one micro SD go bad in a Pi in the last 5 years. Running 4 of them: moOde, Umbrel, 2 OpenBSD-based DNS servers. The latter 2 download and process blacklist files nightly.

Manufacturers charge a premium on official replacement parts. They can outsource to have things assembled more cheaply than it is for them to warehouse the parts. Another problem of things made far away.
