Trilogy Audio? I liked the little 931, powered the LCD-4 alright.

The new Headamp GSX Mini looks interesting. Happy Gilmore Part II should be the barrier test for solid state amps, in my opinion.

I've always been a fan of Jan Meier's amps; he takes a similar no nonsense, value-driven approach to Schiit, but frequently with extra features like tone control, cross-feed (excellent), stepped attenuation and front-facing power switches (zing)

The SPL Phonitor series are great SS amps.

@Cspirou their new full-size is pretty nice too, though kitchensinked in the usual iFi fashion :)

I would advise against headamp. Justin does not provide good customer service at all... to the point that having him as a business partner is a liability in my eyes.

Mjolnir audio has some variations to the dynalo found in the Gilmore.

@Vansen Back in the day Justin was pretty shit at email. I have had two CS interactions with Headamp in more recent years and they have been exemplary. Different experiences I guess.

He was shit at picking up the phone, too. Email was pointless. He would never respond. Took me eight months to get my pico slim repaired. Only happened after I chain called him for a month.

That’s a frustrating scenario, especially when you like the product. I guess you could say similar things about LFF...
