For crossovers people generally avoid electrolytic capacitors and only use film caps. Other than that I don't know too much. Troels Gravesen seems to use Jantzen for everything, but they are pretty expensive.
The Dayton Audio film/foil caps from Part Express are pretty decent for cheap caps. Especially if they have the 1% tolerance ones available for the value you need. They sound better than the 3% for some other reason than just the tolerance.
