A lot of it is probably quality control from Lake People. A good manufacturer would measure every pot and reject what doesn't meet spec.

@Cspirou Good to know the premium price you pay for their being able to earn a livable wage on one job alone gets you something in return, haha. It's probably that I'm only used to trying not-shit amps in meets while my own stuff is... just fine, but I was honestly floored by how well this pot performs. I'm tempted to swap the one on my G1217 Sunrise out because dayum.
