In 2017, I lost around 30 ~35 lb myself. Have tried to manage my weight and put on some muscle mass with weight lifting but past few months have been stressful. However trying my best to stick to clean food and gym in tough times.
I'm generally pretty much a bamboo pole type of figure. It was once said of me that if I stood sideways and stuck my tongue out I'd be mistaken for a zip. I remember having a 28-inch waist and finding it really hard to buy clothes.
However, I'm quite pleased that the pair of trousers I wore in London, which would not do up under the belt last year, did so this year. (And that Marks & Spencer replaced that belt, for which I did not have a bill, because it had delaminated.)
