This is very much a matter of opinion, but I liked Stubb's BBQ sauce from back when I lived in L.A..

Sweet Baby Ray's and Salt Lick are usually my gotos for sauce.

I'll second @GoodEnoughGear in recommending Stubb's...I've been really enjoying it lately, and I'm a picky Southerner when it comes to BBQ sauces. It's not as good as some of the local sauces back in Alabama, but for something you can get outside the South it's incredible.
