This pronoun business is becoming too silly. A “friend” asked me about my pronouns since iOS17 is going to add pronouns to your contact cards. Like my god I’m trying really hard not being a prick and tell them this shit is stupid.

Person is a “friend” because they went into the deep end. From a Religious Jew to a S&M Freakshow Wearing Chainstyle Cat Ears in Public with spikes on neck and wrists who ID as a female. I give up.

Perhaps they're superimposing their struggles on the world around them and trying to be kind and considerate in their own way, in a manner they had to fight to learn how to. Just be candid, including severing the friendship if need be. In recent years I've had friendships wither and others that had to be truncated. Just hope for what's best for you and others.
