I'll never forget sitting ringside in Vancouver during the late 90's, and Undertaker left when he was trying to bury someone in a pile of dirt outside the ring, due to all the fans pelting him with drinks, lol
The announcer warned the crowd to stop throwing drinks, we only threw more. The arena was sold out (17,000) and rowdy, empty bottles of hard liquor filled the trashcans
Big change from a few years earlier when Stone Cold just became popular and the same arena had barely 5,000 people. We climbed into a private box from the regular seats, not a single box was occupied except for us.
