Yes, and you can always check your order's status via their website. Sadly, from my own recent experience, it seems like those shipping estimates on the product pages aren't very reliable.
This is funny coming from someone who lives as far off as me who only deals in entry level stuff (mid-fi at best), but I've only ever had stellar experiences with Schiit's aftersales communication, not to mention they actually take the time to answer odd enquiries very professionally.
Don't think anyone feels you're hating, it's an understandable concern. My experiences with them aside, I'm well aware there were growing pains haha. Hope you get the thing soon as possible! Looking forward to impressions
I agree that it could be better but they do send a notification that an item has shipped with a tracking number. I get s notification from my bank that my CC has been charged before Schiit sends the notification tho. At least they only invoice when they ship.
I've had Schiit just forget to sound out an order before. I've also been unimpressed with their communication and responsiveness on that and other occasions. I like the products and marketing fine, the customer service not so much.
