Isn't the DAC inside it is the exact same as the SFD-2, which I seen go for around $2,000. Not sure how much the transport is valued.

 

Fairly upgraded Bottlehead Crack, for Canadian buddies/guys/pals. Almost worth half the cost just for the tubes the seller is including.

Seems like a decent deal if you like rolling fancy tubes. If you're only interested in the amp itself, Headphonebar has them for $820 right now, so it's probably worth just buying it new for the warranty and stuff.

Not really a super spectacular deal, can probably find ones for cheaper and do the mod on your own. Finding some listed 'new' prices at $1,400 CAD, which gives possible warranty if they don't realize you've taken the thing apart to mod it.

 

Over on HF, someone is selling their HD800 for $680 USD all in. No paint chips or other issues, according to the seller.

That seems like a very good deal.

seems super sketchy to me. who in the actual f**k gets a BW as a christmas gift. not talking about cost... it's just way too obscure and the lead time alone for the amp makes this very very fishy.

Yep. And the stock photo is from a mockup. The production Black Widow looks like this (with "Black Widow" in the font people don't care for).
