    I had a guy cancel Focal Sopra 2's just as the freight carrier had arrived with them in FLORIDA. Needless to say he wasn't enthused about the shipping fees he had to pay. Don't want it - don't order it!

    We had one customer, wanted 65" and wife didn't want above 55". He buys the 65" anyway and has it unboxed in the work truck. Coworker brings it inside and hangs it, wife says it looks bigger than the old 55".

    Coworker measures the tv across the top, 55" on the dot. Wife believes him.

    ^ Ex wife didn't want anything bigger than a 50". I got a 55". She thought it was to small. I live alone now.
