@JustAnotherRando "American Chinese food" is its own genre for sure. I've NEVER had good 鱼香肉丝 in the US but there are some pretty authentic places to be found in the big cities.

@DigMe I love American Chinese food. It's tasty, and is different enough to be funny at the same time. The names are also a reliable source of amusement.
